Tenkou is the main bad guy in the OVA series. He, if you can believe it, was Nakago's boss and is even more evil and more powerful than Nakago. Tenkou apparently was a prince in ancient Japan who learned of the Four Gods book and of the power to be found within as one of the four gods.
